Start by choosing the 'type' of blind you want to purchase by selecting your choice. (A)
If you want to narrow down your search because you have specific requirements, you can select choices (B) before you click the "Show Selection" button. Just be aware that not all our manufacturers make every type of blind so you may get no results if you choose too many options!
Alternatively you can simply select a choice from the categories in the centre of the page (C) , and this will show you all the ranges.
Once you have made your selections you will be taken to the list of available blinds that match your choices.
You can see there will be a lot of products (A) and you may choose how you want the page to list them, alphabetically, in price order. You can also show all the products on one page if you like.
Once you find your perfect choice, simply click the fabric or the button underneath that says "Configure and Buy" (B) .
Once you've chosen a material, the next step is to add all the available options to your blind. We do this so you can have a totally individual product. Don't worry, it's really easy! And if you want to stick with all the standard options, you don't have to change anything at all other than your width and drop, and whether it's recess or exact measurements.
Simply enter your details and follow the 3 to 5 steps to make up your product (A) .
If you are unsure what each option means, just click the View button and we will show you visually what the option is before you select it from the drop down list (B) .
On the right hand side (C) we show you exactly what choices you have made each step of the way - it really is that easy!
You will also find all the details about your particular product on this page.
And don't forget, you can also request a free sample of your material before you go ahead and make a purchase (D) , this way you can be absolutely sure the material is right for you.
It's essential to remember when ordering multiple blinds for the same window, for example a bay or conservatory, that you do them in order left to right, as that is the way we will manufacture and label them up for you.
Once you're happy with your selection, simply click 'Add to Basket' (A) and then you can carry on and start the process from Step 1 if you need to order multiple blinds.
The shopping basket / checkout page will show you exactly what you are about to order. You can still make changes here such as deleting it altogether or changing the quantity (A) (only do this if you know that the measurements of both or multiple windows are EXACTLY the same).
Once you're happy, just click (B) "Next Step" and we will take your personal delivery details.
We then need your personal details and delivery address. We need your email so that we can send you confirmation of both order and delivery (A) .
We also need a contact number in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order.
It's important to note that your delivery and billing addresses must be the same for security reasons.
We will then need to know which payment method you want to use, simply select it from the list (A) and we will take you to the secure payment process.
Simply enter your payment details and follow the secure banking process (A) . We use World Pay for our transactions to ensure complete security and peace of mind for our customers.
Once complete, we will email you a confirmation of your order detailing your products.
We will then ship the goods to you within 7 working days.
